I. Game Access

Q1. When can I play the game?

A: Order of Kings will officially launch on March 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM (UTC+8). Welcome to experience the game at that time.

 

Q2. Will there be a pre-download?

A: Order of Kings will open for pre-download on March 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM (UTC+8). Lords can download and install the game in advance.

(Note: During the pre-download phase, only the official website client can be downloaded. The servers will open simultaneously with the official launch.)

 

Q3. How do I download the game?

2. Visit the Order of Kings Steam page and click the "Start Game" button to download.

 

Q4. What should I do if I receive a security warning during installation?

A: Order of Kings has passed strict security checks, and installation packages downloaded through official channels are safe. Due to channel restrictions, some Android devices may display security warnings during download. If you encounter this issue, you can disable Pure Mode, check "I Understand," and continue with the installation.

 

Q5. How do I log in to the game?

A: Order of Kings requires an email account to log in and play. We recommend that Lords register an account in advance.

 

Q6. What are the system requirements for the game?

A: Most configurations are sufficient for smooth gameplay. To ensure a better experience, please refer to the following specs:

A: Yes, your data will be shared across Android, iOS, and PC.

 

 

Q8. Can I play the game on a mobile emulator/cloud phone?

A: Order of Kings does not support playing on emulators or cloud phones. The game supports cross-platform play, and we recommend using a standard device.

 

 

Q9. Can I continue playing with the game version installed during the test period?

A: The test version of the game will be shut down and will no longer be available. Please download the latest installation package after pre-download opens.

 

 

II. Registration Rewards

Q1. How can I claim registration rewards?

A: The game's registration reward prosperity has exceeded 500,000. After launch, all rewards will be sent to all players via in-game mail. You need to claim them after logging in and creating a character. The first character on your account can claim the rewards immediately, but for other characters you create, rewards can be claimed once your Main city reaches level 6.

 

Q2. How do I claim the pre-draw event rewards?

A: After the official launch, you can select the server character to receive the rewards on the draw event page and confirm to claim. The rewards will be sent via mail to the corresponding character.

 

III. Feedback on Game Experience Issues

Q1. What should I do if the game fails to download or install?

A: Please check if your device meets the minimum hardware and system requirements, or if installation permissions are enabled in your settings. If the issue persists, please contact us via the official technical support email (orderofkings_stf@dequgames.com).

 

Q2. What should I do if the loading bar is stuck with no response?

A: Since the game requires an online connection, please check your network environment first. If your connection is fine but the issue remains, try closing the game in the background and restarting it. If the issue persists, please contact us via the official support email.

 

Q3. What should I do if the game crashes or shows a black screen while playing?

A: If your device does not meet minimum hardware requirements, the game may not run properly. If your device meets the requirements but the problem persists, please submit feedback via the official support email and include your device Information.

 

Q4. How can I report bugs encountered during gameplay?

A: You can save screenshots or recordings of the issue, then click the [^] – [Settings] – [Customer Service Center] button at the bottom right of the game screen to submit feedback. When reporting, please provide the exact time, a detailed description, and attach any relevant files. This will help our team quickly locate and resolve the issue.
