Rulers can form a defense-oriented Heavy Cavalry Troops to absorb damage for other damage-dealing units, or create a control-focused Heavy Cavalry Troops that leverages its ranged damage resistance to effectively harass enemy forces, creating more opportunities for allied units to deal damage.

IV. Commander Recommendations

Su Dingfang: Su Dingfang has Extreme Cavalry Affinity, granting additional attribute bonuses. As a Commander who primarily grows through Resolve, his formation skill consumes Rage to deal high AoE Physical Damage when leading Cavalry Troops. After advancing his Cavalry Troops to Heavy Cavalry, Su Dingfang's high Resolve synergizes with the unit's Damage Reduction, enabling him to draw enemy fire while dealing significant damage—particularly effective when surrounded by multiple enemy units.

Jiang Shang: Jiang Shang also possesses strong Cavalry Affinity for additional attribute bonuses. His unique formation skill deals massive Magic Damage and Recovers Rage after the Commander uses a rage skill, synergizing well with Su Dingfang to amplify rage skill effects.
