【General Function Adjustments】

1. Personal Facility Related

(1) Adjusted rules related to facility wreckage. Now foundations will not produce wreckage after being destroyed.

2. Combat Pass Related

(1) Increased the Combat Pass experience rewarded by weekly tasks. Weekly task progress will be refreshed after this week's maintenance. Please complete related tasks as soon as possible.

(2) The Combat Pass level purchase function has been adjusted to open on the 30th day of the server.

3. City Related

(1) Added the Key City feature to Cities in some resource Provinces and central Province capitals

- Facilities cannot be constructed and quick conscription cannot be performed within the range of Key Cities;

- Added Forts within the range of Key Cities;

- This change only takes effect on servers newly opened after the maintenance.

(2) Optimized operations related to City Secret Paths.

4. Other Changes

(1) Added a background mute setting function.
