Order of Kings Routine Maintenance on May 7

Order of Kings will undergo maintenance at 16:00 (UTC-8) on May 7.The expected downtime is 30 minutes; we recommend all players log out in advance until the maintenance is completed.

This maintenance is a routine procedure to ensure the stability and quality of our service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this period and appreciate your support and cooperation.

 

 

[General Function Adjustments]

1. Commander/Skill Related

(1) Adjusted the effect of the 5-star Commander Xue Rengui's innate Skill "String Sounds, Armor Breaks".

(2) Adjusted the effect of the 5-star Commander Ran Min's innate Skill "Rage Crushes Armies".

(3) Adjusted the effect of the 5-star Commander Su Dingfang's innate Skill "Campaigns East and West".

(4) Adjusted the effect of the 5-star Commander Zhao Yun's innate Skill "Spear as a Dragon".

(5) Adjusted the Skill descriptions of the 5-star Commander Yang Youji's innate Skill "Perfect Shot" and Strategist Skill "Hawkeye". (Description changes only, actual effects unchanged)

(19) Added the function to dismantle Skill Tokens into Coins, allowing only Tokens exceeding the quantity required for Commander and Skill Promotion to be converted into Coins.

(20) Added the effect where Coins obtained from dismantling Tokens increase with server days, reaching the maximum value on the 6th day of the server.

(21) Adjusted settings related to the Commander Inheritance function, adding options for Inheriting Skills and Inheriting Equipment.

 

2. Trends Related

(1) Added Camp Level Up feature.

(2) Adjusted rules related to Commander Initial Level upgrades in Trends.

 

3. Tech Related

(1) Adjusted the resource requirements for the Tech "Gathering Momentum". This change takes effect on new servers opened after maintenance.

 

4. Limited-Time Events Related

(1) Adjusted some event rules. Now, closing the event entry prompt will not forcibly switch the scene to the event scene.

(2) Adjusted the ranking display rules for the event "Taking the Lead". The full server ranking will not be displayed before the event concludes.

(3) Event "Martial Drill Tournament" Related

- Added reward preview interface for the Martial Drill Tournament;

- Adjusted the deployment method for the Martial Drill Tournament to free team configuration;

- Formations can be freely adjusted on non-match days and 1 hour before the start of the ranked match day. This change takes effect from May 11 (UTC+8);

- Added Stratagem and Silk Bag gameplay. After selection, they provide various Buff effects to Troops;

- Added feature to view last week's match results. This feature takes effect from May 11 (UTC+8);

- Added "Martial Drill Tournament" tab to the Leaderboard.

(4) Event "Chu-Han Contention" Related

- Adjusted the distribution and Base Stats of some Buildings;

- The time for the second match has been adjusted from 1900-2030 (UTC+8) to 2130-2300 (UTC+8);

- The distribution time for defeat rewards has been adjusted to 23:30 (UTC+8);

- The Merit acquisition cap has been adjusted to 20000;

- Victory and defeat rewards for Merit remain unchanged for the first two matches of the day;

- Starting from the third match of the day, victory grants 2000 Merit, and defeat grants no Merit.

(5) Barbarian Invasion

- Added Extreme difficulty;

- Adjusted the configuration of some Barbarians Troops;

- Adjusted task rewards for the event. Rewards now increase with the selected difficulty;

- 50% of Grain lost by Troops when fighting Barbarians Troops will be returned via mail upon daily event settlement.

(6) Battle of Julu

- Equipment unlocked after the event starts can now be used synchronously in the Battle of Julu;

- Event opening time adjusted to: Friday 19:30 (UTC+8) to Sunday 23:00 (UTC+8).

 

5. Alliance Related

(1) Adjusted impeachment rules. During the impeachment of the Alliance Leader, the Leader's appointment permissions will be temporarily invalid.

(2) Adjusted rules regarding friendly Alliances. After initiating the removal of a friendly Alliance, it now takes 12 hours to take effect. This operation is irreversible.

(3) Adjusted participation conditions for Mining Areas and the Heavenly Workshop. Troops on Siege Ladders cannot now participate in rallies for these activities.

(4) Adjusted Legion functions

- During a truce, Legions cannot Deploy;

- After entering a truce period, Legions outside will be forcibly disbanded;

- The maximum number of Alliance Legions has been adjusted to 6;

- The maximum number of delegated troops for Alliance Legions has been adjusted to 120;

- Added automatic Conscription for Legion Delegation;

- When a Legion is in the range of a non-own Alliance City without a connection to the own Alliance, Legion Troop Movement Speed -50%;

- When the System City owned by a Legion changes ownership, Legions outside will automatically disband, and troops will automatically return to the Main city;

- Troops will automatically enable automatic Conscription After joining Legion Delegation.

(5) Added Personal vision permission function.

(6) Added Alliance Building vision permission settings.

(7) Adjusted the cost of modifying Alliance names and abbreviations.

(8) Added Alliance Grain consumption logs.

(9) Added some special titles.

(10) The maximum number of Alliance markers has been increased to 30.

(11) Adjusted Alliance application settings. Players can now apply to join an Alliance even if the Alliance has reached its member limit.

(12) Optimized Alliance application settings. You can now specify limits for Power and Prosperity.

(13) Added Alliance Assembly function. Commanders can initiate an assembly confirmation in the Battle Interface.

(14) Added "Fierce Battle" status

- When we engage in large-scale battles with multiple strong enemy Alliances, we will enter the "Fierce Battle" status;

- "Fierce Battle": When fighting other players in the home Province, gain increased Damage and Damage Reduction effects.

(15) Adjusted conditions for joining an Alliance across Provinces. Now, players from a Province can join an Alliance once the Alliance has Occupied at least one City in that Province.

(16) Added corresponding War Merit titles for Occupying enemy Alliance Cities.

(17) Adjusted some hostile relationship rules. Now, after Legion Troops Declare War on a neutral unit, other Alliance members will automatically Declare War personally against them.

(18) Support dragging specific signals to the Map. Initiating a signal this way will display the corresponding coordinates.

(19) Adjusted the obtainable fund amount to refresh daily at 22:00 (UTC+8).

(20) Season Points related

- If you rejoin the original Alliance within 72 hours of leaving, Personal Season Points will not be deducted.

(21) Alliance Force Color related

- Changing Alliance Force Color is now free for the first time. Subsequent changes cost 500 Jade Coins. After changing, this function enters a 1-hour cooldown.

(22) Added "Last Try" effect

① Active Effect

- Trigger condition: Can be activated by the Alliance Leader after the Alliance that first Occupied a home Province Capital loses the Capital;

- Effect: Provides additional Damage and Damage Reduction and damage to Buildings when fighting within the Capital's range, and can nullify the Capital's effect for 3 hours;

- This effect can be activated once per day, refreshing at 5:00 (UTC+8) daily.

② Passive

- Trigger condition: Gained after the Alliance that first Occupied a home Province Capital loses the Capital and all Cities in the home Province;

- Effect: The Alliance Leader can designate a City in the home Province as a Revenge City. Alliance members whose Main city is captured within this City's range will not trigger forced City Relocation; Main cities captured in other Cities will prioritize

- After the Alliance re-Occupies the Capital, the Active Effect cannot be used, and the Passive Effect becomes invalid.

(23) Added "Initiate Donation" function

- This function is limited to the Alliance Leader;

- Can set resource quantity, donation target, and deadline;

- After initiating a donation, the targeted role will receive a corresponding email reminder;

- Can quickly donate resources by clicking the donation reminder email;

- Added cancel donation function;

- cannot initiate donations for corresponding resources If the Warehouse is full or no Center City is set.

(24) Added function for Alliance Leaders to mute members. Muted members cannot speak in Alliance or Region channels.

(25) Added remarks function for Alliance personnel logs.

 

6. Alliance Mine Related

(1) Adjusted Alliance Mine resource bonus rules. Now, resource bonuses take effect at 5:00 (UTC+8) the day after the Alliance Mine changes ownership.

(2) Reduced the strength of Mine Garrisons.

 

7. Monthly Card Related

(1) The Scarlet Gold Chest now adds a +5% effect to basic Resource Output.

 

8. City Related

(1) Adjusted City resource bonus rules. Resource bonus effects now take effect at 5:00 (UTC+8) the next day after a City changes ownership.

(2) City Wall bonus effects for Troops adjusted to not apply to Troops of neutral or enemy Alliances.

(3) Increased damage of Ballista and Corner Tower.

(4) Adjusted the effect of Building - Post Station. Movement Speed Increase effect now does not take effect within the range of enemy Cities.

(5) Adjusted Secret Path Construction rules

- Entrance and exit of Secret Path can now be positioned freely.

(6) Increased max Durability cap of Fire Oil and Ballista.

(7) Adjusted Battle rules. Friendly Troops can now occupy the same location as Fire Oil and Ballista.

(8) Added [Defend] function to own Alliance System Cities and Power Cities. After enabled by Alliance officers, own Alliance Troops in the City will not automatically March during City Battles.

(9) Increased Declare War preparation time for unowned Passes from 1 minute to 5 minutes.

 

9. Village Related

(1) Added cooldown for repeated Abandonment of the same Village, lasting 10 minutes each time.

(2) Added effect: Unoccupied Villages have a chance to become Specialty Villages after maintenance.

(3) Lowered the damage increase cap for Level 11 and 12 Villages and Camp Garrisons when attacked by multiple players/teams.

(4) Adjusted the configuration of some Camp Garrisons.

(5) Added rule that Sabotaging and Occupying enemy Villages grants Merit.

 

10. Heavenly Workshop Related

(1) When initiating a Rally in Heavenly Workshop, sending team messages can be canceled. After cancellation, no message will be sent in the Alliance channel during the Rally. Sending team messages is canceled by default.

 

11. General Battle Related

(1) Adjusted Battle Operation rules. Dragging Troops to select neutral units will no longer trigger Declare War.

(2) Player Operations adjusted to not be interrupted by non-self actions (such as Taunt, Root, etc.).

(3) Added setting to support Redeploying and Marching Troops that are Conscriptioning.

(4) Morale Related

- Troops in the range of an enemy Alliance's System City within the connection zone of a non-own Alliance System City will consume Morale at double speed, and deal 50% less damage to the Main city.

(5) Optimized Battle Reports by adding Battle Skill statistics.

(6) Added function for Troops outside to automatically return to City during Truce. After enabling this function in Settings - Battle, Troops idle in the wild during Truce and while online will automatically return to City.

(7) Adjusted Morale related rule settings

- Morale decay rate increase effect from Supply Difficulties lowered from 100% to 50%.

(8) Added prompt for heavy losses when Repairing Villages.

(9) Adjusted Redeploy function rules

- When both the Redeploy destination and departure point are in the player's birth Province, the Troops' base Movement Speed will not be lower than 500.

 

12. Map Adjustments

(1) Added Scout function to occupied Villages.

 

13. Player Main City/City Buildings Related

(1) Increased the daily Forced Levy limit for Residences.

(2) Increased the daily purchase limit for Decrees.

(3) Added the Season-limited Seeker Order to the Merit Shop.

(4) Adjusted the max Durability of Main city and the Durability bonus added by each level of Construction Camp.

(5) Increased the level cap of Construction Camp to 25, and the bonus to Main city max Durability is increased accordingly.

(6) Adjusted rules related to City Unrest

- The Unrest duration after Main city is breached increased from 8 hours to 48 hours;

- Adjusted the ratio of Resource Output plundered after Main city is breached. The total amount of plundered resources remains the same as before.

(7) Adjusted some rules after Main city is breached

- Now, Durability will immediately recover to the max limit after Main city is breached;

- Now, the duration of Captured status after Main city is breached is reduced from 2 hours to 30 minutes;

- When forced Relocate City is triggered after Main city is breached, the relocation location is adjusted to prioritize within the current Province's available relocation range, with a high probability of being the nearest City with a connection.

(8) Increased the probability of obtaining Level 40 red Equipment when Synthesizing Gear.

(9) Added an effect where a Level 40 red Equipment is guaranteed after a certain number of Gear Synthesis attempts.

(10) Adjusted the effect of "Yue-Lu Academy" in Heavenly Workshop

- Now, deployed Commanders of Level 40-45 will gain 10% of the experience of Yue-Lu Academy at their current level;

- Deployed Commanders above Level 45 cannot gain experience from this Building.

(11) Adjusted the refresh time of Camp Expedition Orders to 22:00 daily (UTC+8).

(12) Adjusted the rules for random relocation triggered after Main city is breached. Now there is a higher probability of relocating to the nearest City in a non-frontline area.

 

14. Recruitment Related

(1) Added 4-star Commander "Liu Chan" to the Turbulent Times pool.

 

15. Facilities Related

(1) Added rules related to Facility Points

- Now, Constructing a Facility requires occupying Facility Points. When Facility Points exceed the total limit, Facilities cannot be Constructed;

- This change applies to new servers opened after maintenance.

16. Ceasefire Related

(1) Adjusted Ceasefire rules

- Ceasefire preparation period adjusted to 22:00-23:00 (UTC+8);

- Official Ceasefire time adjusted to 23:00-11:00 (UTC+8).

(2) Added effect: Unable to Declare War on enemy Alliance Cities after 22:00 (UTC+8).

 

17. Season Related

(1) Added display for rewards such as Alliance special titles.

(2) Adjusted Season Points for some Cities

- Level 10 Province City Points adjusted to 200;

- Level 9 Province City Points adjusted to 120;

- This change only takes effect on new servers opened after maintenance.

(1) Added a toggle for whether friendly Troops use special titles.

(2) Added a toggle for whether Troops in the Sandbox display special titles.
