【General Feature Adjustments】

1. Commander/Skill Related

(1) Added Hookblade Spearman "Unbalanced" effect

- When enemy Troops Morale < 70, slow duration +4 seconds; when enemy Troops Morale < 50, Movement Speed -200.

2. Event Optimizations

(1) Martial Drill Optimization

- Added refresh opponent count, first daily refresh is free;

- Increased War Letter storage cap to 6, max daily Recover of 3;

- Added one-click deploy when no Troops are deployed for Attack and Defense;

- Added Garrison option for Troops in defense deployment;

- Weekly settlement: Top 5 in Martial Drill rankings will receive the "Martial Drill General" title;

- Optimized display for certain event interfaces;

- Added feature to record last battle's Troop positions.

(2) Battle of Julu

- Added Commander Inheritance feature for Battle of Julu; Commanders participating in Inheritance cannot gain experience in this event.

3. Normal Battle Related

(1) Equipment effects in Battle of Julu adjusted to be inactive.

(2) Conscription disabled during Covert Redeploy.

(3) All Damage critical hits adjusted to a unified visual effect.

4. Other Changes

(1) Bunker added Level 3

- Upgrade increases Bunker's auto-Attack damage and range.

(2) Optimized Hegemony icon display.

(3) Added Commander full-view feature in Monarch interface and main page display.
